Reunion at Delhi: Ye Dilli hai mere yaar !!

Still in awe of the situation, a Sunday as wonderful as September 20 when lengths and breadths of Delhi were scaled as well met in North Campus – Delhi.
Neither the places were a historical masterpiece, nor were we interested in it. It was only a reunion which was on our mind. Suddenly the separation of the past three months ceased to exist. At once the pressure of career, life, future melted among the laughter.
We all talk so much on phone, chat over internet, but getting a chance to really sit together and across the sips of tea get along with the chit chats of our past golden days of NERIST was a marvelous adventure.
Basu was ever so charming and fun filled, while Shakti, my sweetheart, has evolved so much as to beat herself against all odds. Both are planning to go home in coming weeks. Basu menacingly riding high over the preparations to bell the CAT, while Shakti is in a more familiar domain of Civil Engineering pursuing her Master’s degree from NIT Kurukshetra. Both seemed quite contend with the present battle and are looking forward to take the next big stride into future.
And of course here was myself, ‘carefree’ as ever, with so much on my mind, raring to put into action. I will choose my time to walk the walk and talk the talk.
A reunion such as these seems to verify the high quality of time which we shared together at NERIST. And to tell you these are so insightful to the whereabouts of our friends, our own future and most important of all, Adding values to life.
Message for all out there, as a short stint of holidays approach, Come out of your hideouts and comfort zones to meet friends, because there is o other feeling which can match this one.
ID mubarak to all our friends and families and Navaratri ki Hardik Subhkamnayein !!
May blessings of the all mighty, bring glory and eternal happiness to each one of us and give us strength to strive for excellence in our respective fields.
A special mention to the Delhi traffic and her life line Metro will include me telling you that I loved it more every time I travelled. It was kind of romance with the historical township and a moment to savor.
